"Notice# Every Business and every person/s offering services to the public MUST have a Referral Card. in order to remain or remain relevant in The Mobile Phone Accessible Services System (MOPASS). People the public will soon no longer be able to access your information without a referral card

Begining Referral Status and Tiers

Businesses whose reviews are at 4.0 and above are not at target for our strike.
However. those businesses can submit for, as follows:
* A Referral Card earns 5 Points For every card savers, and some points are already granted - based on the review ratings that the card starts with - as shown below
  • 0 to 295 points is a Bronze Status
  • 300 to 395 points is a Silver Status
  • 400 to 495 points is a Golden Status
  • 500 points and over is a Golden Status
    • * The B5 Community Requires that all businesses/services submit for a Referral Card based on beggining reviews that can be verified, and are factual. Businessess/Services who submits for higher ratings than they are, will be striked
    • Between 4.0 and 4.2: Silver Card Status Get Referral Card
      Starts with 300 Points
    • Between 4.3 and 4.6 : Gold Card Status Get Referral Card
      Starts with 400 Points
    • Between 4.7 and 5.0 : Platinum Card Status Get Referral Card
      Starts with 500 Points
      • Reeferral Program
      Between 1.0 and 3.9 : Bronze / Recovery Card Status Get Recovery Referral Card >>
      Starts with 100 Points
      Referral Recovery Program Status Needs to obtain 40 Referrals (Card Savers) to reach a Silver Card Status.
      Then from there, he needs 20 more Referrals (Card Savers) to reach a Gold Status
      Then from there 20 Referrals (Card Savers) to reach a Platnum Card Status

    Any Business that have 10 or more reviews and its averave score is less than 4.0, is tentatively targeted for a strike. except that business establist a Minimun Referral Card prior to its investigation time, that business may experience a permanent strike. The Referral Card will take the business off the Strike List and automatically register that business to our Referral Recovery Program. In this the business will recieve helpful resources to improve its performances.
    The business will start with a Bronze Status, and its referrability will improve with adherance to our program.
    The status level will be elevated accordingly, as time progresses.
