Mr. Sunrise Auto Mall, we are a REFERRAL NETWORK http://www.thelocalteller.com . This means that our responsibility and loyalty is TO OUR PUBLIC NETWORK and not to a car sales establishment. A NETWORK IS A LOT OF PEOPLE and a promise to promote ONLY businesses that are referable and support-worthy is one we intend to KEEP.. Telling us that you HAVE PEOPLE THAT CAN REMOVE BAD GOOGLE REVIEWS SO WE CAN LIST AS MANY AS WE WANT means that your business is dishonest. However, to correct that sentence, the only people that can remove our reviews is us, and that is something that we can do ONLY IF we see changes in your business and customer service approach. Obviously this business have a record of kicking people out of it when they question their methods or post BAD reviews against it. They have NO HUMILITY AT ALL, and it became quite obvious to me that they would NOT be capable of resolving an issue SATISFACTORILY if one should arrive during their business happenings. For that matter. They were nice in the beginning when we met with them months ago so we did list some samples of their cars online - we DID NOT CHARGE THEM FOR THAT. Now we have people calling us to PURCHASE VEHICLES FROM THOSE LISTINGS and have to be re-directing those leads because our relationship with this business have grown so sour and disappointing. They just kept doing all the wrong things. They are TOO RUDE and way TOO SELF-SECURE and ARROGANT and we intend to KEEP THE PUBLIC IN FORMED ABOUT THIS UNTIL THEY SHOW US DIFFERENTLY
Any licensing that this business hold will be targeted while and active strike remain active Therefore a Referral Recovery Card is mandatory for this business
