CUSTOMER FEEDBACK Tried to make an appointment i... Tried to make an appointment in early May but was told needed to be there 1/2 day morning or afternoon so I scheduled a day off in June. I said wanted 1st call said ok. I called in Am on that day and was told could not arrive till late morning. Called late morning said guarnteed would be there in afternoon. Called in afternoon said could not make it today. Called Manager said would review matter and call back. Never heard back.
