Otherwise we will assume the complaint below is indeed true and publish it within 30 days. CUSTOMER COMPLAINT Laura P.01/07/2015 I had my septic system replaced by them. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. There were plenty of hidden costs that I was not made aware of until half way through. Some "up-sell" items that were described as "needed upgrades" were not even installed after I paid for them! Then had to get a refund after the job was over. When I pay that kind of money to a company to do a job, I expect little to no hassle, and this was all stress and hassle. _________________________________________ OUR JOB TO PROMOTE AND REFER IS ALSO OUR JOB TO PROMOTE STRIKES
