This business rude to callers - hangs up phone on its callers and is possessed with poor customer service. MOPASS REFERRAL SYSTEM CONDITIONAL STRIKE. We would like the ownership/management of this business to contact us regarding this matter. Otherwise we will assume the complaint below is indeed true and publish it within 30 days. CUSTOMER COMPLAINT jagga9904/18/2011 Horrible Service and Exorbitant Prices Don't call roto-rooter for service. They charge $185 / hr labor but they won't tell you that. Call other companies or local plumbers. I really had bad experience with them and their customer service is horrible too. Tech was really rude and lied about everything he said. This company seems to make money by cheating customers girleatzworld05/09/2011 They estimated $400 for a snak... They estimated $400 for a snake down a main line block!!!
