Just 3 of the negative experiences
1. I do not leave reviews ever, but the receptionist is the worst, I caught a flat right in front of this location and I went inside to ask if one of the guys can help switch my flat to my spare and ask how much. The lady at the front never came off her personal device and was just chatting away about going to bayside and using a load of bad language. Not once outta the 10 minutes I was standing at the window did the lady ask what I need help with. She does not need a job !!

2. The black old lady in the office is a devil. My car was towed by them after I had an accident. The next day, my wife and I went to pick up our items in the car, and she told me that because I am not the owner so I can`t go inside with my wife to get our stuffs, even my wife as the owner authorized me.
That review is supposed to have -1000 stars.
She is el Diablo, bad customer service, don`t use them.

3. "$150 for towing. This tow company is trying to rip his customer off..."
I promise to give a great review if I am treated with tons of respect this Monday to get my vehicle.
Update I was discriminated and taken around in circles and they told me to get this and that papers work just to deny me again. Full of zombies this damn pos location. I hope this place goes bankrupt.
Update: the person inside of the tow yard decided to break the shift stick in my vechile!!!!!! Wow what. A horrible place!!!!!

Any licensing that this business hold will be targeted while and active strike remain active
