Therefore, this business under the current ownership or any business/es own by this individual will not be worthy of community support until we learn otherwise. _________________ This business - after being called by MOPASS - had refused to agree to accept a MOPASS REFERRAL CARD to allow the public to properly evaluate their business and its practices and deeds. Whilst excluding a MOPASS CARD a business can benefit from bogus or fabricated reviews allowed by systems and websites that are not properly structured to ensure validity or authenticity of its reviews. This situation can mis-lead the public to believe that the business have better product or services than it does, or that its customers are happier than their experiences proved to be. This is unfair to businesses that are support worthy. MOPASS and its referral system vowed to educate the public ON EVERY BUSINESS we communicate or deal with. Any business that can be intimately (person to person) refered to its community will need to be on a proper system that can make that referral possible.

Since The Mobile Phone Accessible Service System (MOPASS) is the network system on the internet that is designed as the GATEWAY to show contents to smartphone users, we have a moral obligation to scrutinize and to insist on conditions.
