1. That Business will need to sign up for our Referral Recovery Program. This is done by first submitting an Electronic Referral Card, which is obtainable at this link >>
Get Tentative Referral Card then call (754)251-7356 to remove the strike.
However, in the case where a business's license was removed because of the strike, your Referral Card will not be approved. Business Owners are notified of the strike before such level of action is ensued.
