Miss Shipping, Reshipping and Return Policy The customer has a BMW 750LI and ordered an AC compressor for it. When the item was shipped, the Ac compressor was the wrong one - even though it came up in the Google search as the right part for that car. Now when the customer researched their number and called, an agent came to the phone after 15 mins of hold. They did not object to returning the wrong AC Compressor - because of course they made the mistake. The first mis-step the made was that the wanted to refund him part of the money he spent - rather than a total refund. Then when the agent checked his email and found out that they were not refunding his full amount, they adjusted the amount to his full due. Secondly, they sent him a reshipping label to

After reading the reviews and well detailed complaints from its customers we decided to call and conduct a review and give ourselves a chance to hear their side of the story. To confirm the negative reports that we read - the lady on the phone was very rude and hangs up the phone after she was told that we called to investigate the business complaints and establish our findings. On this day (July 22 2015) we called up Sunrise Auto Maul to honor the proposals that we talked about. Scott answered the phone at first - assuming that it was some one trying to buy a car - then called back after the hold and without any further due, when he found out that it wasn't that type of call he rudely hang up the phone, not knowing that he was actually talking to a MOPASS REFERRAL agent. By this we get a chance to see the true colors of the people we were about to conduct business with by referring their vehicles to the public. By calling back we gave them the opportunity both to correct their action and to grant us the benefits of the doubt. The longer we conversed with the business ownership the more we discovered that referring them would be a very huge mistake and deluge to the reputation of our network. Anita B.01/17/2015 I bought a dishwasher from Sears. AHS was contracted to deliver and install the dishwasher. I scheduled it for a Friday. I was told they would be here between 2-6 pm. At 4:30 I got a call, their truck broke down. I rescheduled for the following Friday. I was told during the reschedule that I would be prioritized and they would come in the morning. The day before I got a call and my deliver time was scheduled from 2-7 pm. I called the office and Tracie was rude and told me that no one should have told me that and when I told her that it was her that told about the morning appointment she gotten even ruder with me. I took another day off work and waited. At 5:15 the plumber called and told me his truck was broke down and he wasn't going to make it. I will never do business with Sears, Best Buy or Lowes for appliances. These three companies use AHS to do their installs. They are the worst company ever to deal with.

I hired them to replace a septic system but was talked into doing system rejuvenation by the technician with the work being guaranteed for 5 years. 1 day shy of a year the system failed. I called Total Septic on Saturday night; the paperwork said emergency 24hr service. When I finally got a hold of them MONDAY morning the tech that worked my job had been fired, instead they sent out the general manager. The GM arrives at my house and with out looking in the tank tells me the rejuv has failed and I need a new system, there are no warranties with this company and everything I was told last year was wrong. He then writes up a statement for a legal job with a permit or his “special” with no permit? After he leaves I called the company back to inform them of his side offer“Wow! He was giving you’re a really great price!” Is the response I heard. I don’t know who owns this company but buddy you are getting ripped off as badly as your customers. IF WE CANNOT REFER YOUR BUSINESS THEN IT IS OUR DUTY AS A REFERRAL SYSTEM TO PUBLISH WHAT WE KNOW. WE ARE READY TO HEAR YOUR SIDE OF THE MATTER!
